When a Flash movie is created, the source file is labeled with the .fla extension, while the compiled movie is an .swf file. Selecting "Export Movie" from the file menu in Flash is the simplest way to create a Portal-compliant Flash file. If this does not help you then head to the flash section of the forums and ask there, but at least try to find a similar thread for your issue (check the 3 latest pages of threads and try to use the search function with words like "change format", "swap extension" etc. Google may also be helpful and they have a better search function as well.). Your flash program should have a help section with a FAQ that may answer how to do this so try that before heading for the forums.
